Daily Bugle: You'll find 3 of Spider-Man's main foes- Venom, Doc Ock, and Green Goblin.
Baxter Plaza: You'll find 3 of the Fantastic Four's major enemies- Super Skrull, Annihilus, and Mole Man.
Asgard: You'll find 3 of Thor's immortal enemies- Loki, Enchantress, and Avengers Loki.
Villainville: You'll find the 3 main villains from the TV show- Abomination, Modok, and Dr. Doom.
Tips: These Mayhem missions count towards earning FIVE of the hero trophies and are a great way of earning tickets and experience points.
